Year on year, NXplorers continues to inspire and challenge young people to apply themselves and tackle real-world problems with confidence and creativity and develop sustainable solutions that inspire their communities and beyond.

To ensure programme effectiveness, we conduct annual monitoring and evaluation for the programme, speaking with and surveying young people in every market, and collecting additional feedback from teachers across several markets through surveys and interviews.

Through this process, we gain valuable insights into programme impact and the skills acquired and are pleased to see that in the 2023 report, over 95% of students reported improvements in critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration.
